I’m just trying to understand what the evidence is in terms if what she was told by those working beneath her. I’d be amazed if she didn’t know but it’s not completely inconceivable for a CEO of an organisation of that size to not appreciate the scale of an issue if others below her were covering it up and sending reports saying everything was ok. There just seems to be huge focus on here because she got a CBE.
