She’s getting a lot of heat and probably rightly so but what

Is the evidence in terms of how much she knew or didn’t know?

Genuine question. Obviously as head of an organisation like that you have to take responsibility if there are major failures (and you’d like to think someone somewhere with an ounce of brainpower would think something is not right here when 700 postmasters are being Co victors which all saying the same thing and claiming innocence) but is it clear yet whether she knew or whether other senior employees and third party consultants covered it up internally and told here everything was ok?
