Is 5 years not a fairly standard term for "no comment" clauses in agreements when someone leaves an organisation (genuine question as I don't know)?

Anyway for me refreshing the memory and looking back at when Stone left and what has happened since paints quite clearly the picture of the "coup" staged by the Webbers once Stewart got his foot in the door and obviously buttered up the old timers.
