ive been chain smoking for about 3 weeks

i see it as the less of 2 evils. it reminds me of the sopranos episode when ex-heroin addics are actively encouraged to smoke. im not in a good way but i know it will pass. the guilt is a killer thou. sometimes you have to let go and see how things work out.

my demons have come back (again), i will f**king win. i will. sorry to hijack.
