Said it a while now. We haven't really given our youngsters ago since farke left. Rowe the only one whose came through the academy whose consistently played.

We have loads out on loan who won't get near the first team any time soon.
The likes of kamara Hills for example.
Alex matos would of been sent out on loan to a league 1 team if he was still with us this season and no where near the first team.

Bottom line is we want instant success amd will play cloggers and not put any faith in youth.
