I've got one because they're very handy for cycling

I have a galaxy 3 or 4, can't remember.
They're good for recording sport, checking your heartrate (good at my advanced age), doing calls/messages without fishing your phone out and changing music without unlocking your phone etc.

I've had a couple now and would recommend a samsung watch if you have a samsung phone
