I'm of the opinion that coaches are overrated.
You need a quality squad.
Is the world's best coach going to breeze into Rotherham and turn them into promotion contenders.
Saying that if we are looking for over achieving players and coaches then Coventry and Mark Robins is clearly top of that list.
