I’m not so sure, I think they generally lay in to their players

I don’t think it’s just him. If he receives more attention, which you might be right about, I think partly that’s because he puts himself out there so much on social media. Remember the interview he gave on that podcast this summer? All the badge kissing, etc.. He wants to be the main man, he wants to be the centre of attention, but if you do that, you have to deliver.

I’m not saying it’s fair that he gets more stick than others, but it’s no surprise

When he left here, it was obvious to all that he needed to get his head down, take the fresh start and let his football do the talking, but unfortunately, he doesn’t seem to have done that.
