A: Knapper has a pair of balls. That he's his own man and can make the right decision at the right time. That he's not going to spend too much angst upsetting social niceties or worrying too much about upsetting the status quo.
B: He has real and genuine professional working relations with others at similar levels across the footballing network. He was at Arsenal as loan's director for some time. My worry is that his peers / professional contacts will all be at a lower level at their respective clubs. I think this is where Stuart came a cropper. Talked a good game but hadn't got a heritage of mixing / interacting / dealing with those at the top of the food chain. Think that's why we ended up being done over on some awful transfer dealings.
