1 because it creates a back three that allows the LB and RB to push on and become wingers with the AML and AMR tucking inside thus creating 6 attacking against a back 4 plus their DCMs. It allows more pace in the attack. Trouble is it means we play more long balls and our LB and RB aren’t good enough at getting back so it has left us exposed multiple times this season with players all over the place not in formation.

2 squad rotation with 3 games in a week. Highlights our lack of depth

5 we definitely need to, but our players are not good enough to. We look pedestrian on the ball. They rarely pre scan before receiving which is slowing things down. That’s a basic error, can be coached. Surprised not picked up by our staff, but then we have Andy Hughes coaching.

6 it’s not the players not trying, they’re just not very good and the tactics are woeful.
