After watching some footage of him doing a team talk at Swansea

I thought, no way I'd want him at Norwich. It was just football cliche after football cliché. Suppose when you're used to hearing Germans talk about the game it sounded so old fashioned.
He's doing a great job, but he's got very good players at this level at his disposal.
