The streams

Can anyone explain why the streams are easy to access on my iphone, but on ipad ( and especially today) they were littered with pop-ups, porn and a bogus message that I’d no extra capacity, and on my smart tv its a waste of time even trying ( except when buying the £10 one from the club). I have a VPN which sometimes helps, all 3 appliances are fairly new. Maybe some others have similar problems.
