is to download the "BankTheFood" app for your phone. This will tell you what urgent items are needed at the foodbank closest to you. For example, there is one in NR5 West of Norwich that urgently needs:

Deodorant, jam & peanut butter, instant mash, long life fruit juice, long life milk, pasta sauces, shampoo, snack bars, sponge pudding & tinned vegetables.
