Not so great combinations

So my mate kindly sent this over today, it’s the Ipswich dude who does the silly videos with the jars of mustard.
Isn’t the guy with him the really genuinely strange bloke who also did YouTube videos a few years ago? (mustard guy seems harmless if very eccentric).
I believe this guy is known as “Ipswich Crazy” -
am I right in saying there were some interesting rumours about him?
