we wouldn't have been as good. That's football management. You are only as good as the players at your disposal. I think people are very quick to assume it's all down to the management, when often it's just not very good players.

Obviously managers are important in some ways, but I think in general the whole role is overrated, which is why it's unfair to say Farke was genius for getting us promoted twice and hopeless for getting us relegated twice.
