The 'Academy' currently beating Man City 2-0

I put academy in quotes because 8 of the 11 have played for the first team and 4 of them are significantly older than 23.

However, it really caught my eye because they're doing it playing a 442 diamond (41212). I'm intrigued if this is an early sign of Knapper's preferred style.
