Yes, Josh Kerr should be on the list and his achievements this year probably do just beat KJT's though I'm ok if she wins.

Simply for his final Test Match I would go with Broady in 2023. Fantastic bowler, but the fact remains that his achievements will ultimately be overshadowed by Jimmy when he eventually retires in 2036... And whilst he did hit a 6 to win his final Test most of his batting over the past 5 years has been dubious at best.
