my wife has a cousin

who raises money for the London air ambulance , she abseils down the side of the royal london hospital once a year from just below the helideck in the photo in link

she raises lots of money with this one act and if you see her you would say she would be the last person you would expect to abseil down a building

nothing but admiration for having the balls to do it
