There's so much turmoil going on at all levels of society let alone whatever's going on at home. Those feelings can be hard to deal with and there's some great advice on the thread already.
There are some excellent courses at User Posted Link which you might find interesting. You mention personality disorder/complex emotional and relational needs; I happen to know there's a course on just that topic in preparation. ACT might be a helpful thing to look at but without knowing you it's impossiblek, obviously, to say, just have a browse and if anything grabs you go for it, it's free as long as you live in Norfolk or Suffolk.
