Turkey, I think.

I used to request Goose (Honk!) but was told that it was too small, fatty and generally a bit of a faff.

Not sure there will be a veggie option. Mushroom wellington sounds like a good one. I seem to have come over a bit veggie recently (sorry Real Man).

Anyway... Let's Be Honest! Nothing beats Delia's stuffed Norfolk Turkey.
