The whole idea that 200 to Rwanda will make any difference go the big picture is

laughable. It seems to be based on this being a "deterrent" and the boats won't come if this is in place. Given that desperate people in France won't be reading the Heil and the Gruniard they'll hear nowt about it and won't give a toss either way.

It is patently obvious that the key to reducing is to have a processing centre in France, but for whatever reason (I suspect it is that they want the boats to keep coming to fuel their culture war) they have refused this offer from France.
