Wrath sweepstake on whether a plane will ever deport an 'illegal' immigrant to Rwanda?
I'm also interested in the resident lawyers opinion on the following:
"Rishi Sunak insisted his new plan to revive the stalled Rwanda asylum scheme blocks every single reason that has ever been used to prevent flights"
Can that be the case? It seems people could still argue they're being placed in immediate danger, therefore stopping the flight?
