I would be much less unhappy with football these days

if it was a Rule that all transfer fees are paid in full, on signature.
Then every year take, say 30% of the interest that has been saved, and donate it to charidee or pass it down the pyramid.

Am I naive in thinking that football is unique in this merry-go-round of borrowed cash?
