I’m not entirely sure what the Sheff Utd directors/fans expected this season
PH did a very good job getting them promoted, they were utterly workmanlike and lacking flair last season.
They spent very little in the summer and saw Man City loanees return.
I appreciate getting battered every week is not fun, but it is a realistic result for the resources they have at their disposal.
This could be Ipswich next season in all seriousness.
