I've said this regarding a psychologist for years.

Success only seems to come, when the manager in post has the capability to play the psychologist role himself.
There are at least a handful of players who need more belief in themselves and their capabilities.
The game is at least 50% mental. Some of the Lambert, Farke and Neil sides clearly just didn't think they could be beaten.
