I dont know what people expect?

She has to work with her team of people at the club.
Do you expect her to throw them under the bus or stay loyal to them?
You would expect any owner to back the current management team in public.

We are lambasting the board, and we don't expect them to be somewhat defensive?

And lets be honest most of the people having a go (journos and fans) have never ran a club/business or even have any clue what goes on behind the scenes.

A good/loyal person would stick up for the people working hard at the club.

It's clearly a tough time at the club at the moment after many years of relative success.

Empathy means understanding how others feel in the same situation.
