These Barclay BOO Boys etc

We were at Sunderland and the Leeds games. There was some booing, but no way was it 20%. And the fabled 80% sat in stony silence, which doesn't indicate approval, whatever the Poundland Fanny Craddock thinks. And then there's the 20% or so who no longer turn up. Where do they fit in?
