Disclaimer-I know f**k all in reality of course. This is purely hypothesis.

McNally and Webber, even Moxey.
Strong, forceful characters, "...my way or the highway" types.

BK looks as if he is more of a "really nice bloke".
Perhaps they wanted that instead of someone shouty and pointy this time?

So not expecting too much from him, visibility wise, really.
