We’ve done well to outperform our spending power I think - but it always gets you in the end

Not saying the recruitment has been anything other than poor mind you. Just that it’s inevitable with a budget that leaves no margin for error that eventually we balls it up and end up here.

To be fair, we could easily have done that at the start of Webber’s era too, but instead we enjoyed some brilliant times.
