Irritates how many suggest it’s not a management issue.
It’s 100% a management issue. Not a problem to replace failing managers and keep replacing them until you find one that brings success. Give them a chance but why do we ALWAYS give failing managers too much time? Probably not helped by Delia saying how much she loves them all. This bloody season is all over before December.
