Seems like they don't want to address the elephant in the room.

The quality of the operators/adjudicators and the quality of the refs.
VAR isn't bad, the people are.
This works in other major sports such as the NFL without huge delay.
They should be spending more time on the big decisions and less on free kicks and corners.
I do agree that a second yellow is a game changing decision most of the time.
