Leaving aside the Green thing....

....I thought Crouch played well last night. You can see why Owen likes playing alongside him.

And obviously Lennon did a couple of nice things. Strangest performance was from Carrick though - odd mixture of great passes and absolutely f*cking awful ones.

Obviously the only decision Sven has got to make is which one of Crouch or Carrick starts instead of Rooney. Given that we played 4-4-2 all night, and Crouch had the more consistent game, I'd have thought the odds on him just got shorter.
