Euro 24 play off draw

Did anybody take the time to look at the criteria for teams to make the play off stage of Euro 24

I tried but gave up when it started to mention a teams performance in the League of Nations !!

In the old days it was something like "the x amount of third placed teams" would go into the play offs

And as a result of some way too complicated system Estonia who lost 7 of their group games and only scored two goals in all the eight games have a play-off game v Poland , while Sweden who finished third in the same group don't even make the play-offs
