Tastier?

I think the logic is that it cooks quicker and therefore it doesn't dry out while also crisping up the skin.

More or less whenever we have a roast chicken on a sunday, and that's most weekends, I cook it on my kamado barbecue. Miles better than oven cooked, but even then, a thermometer is essential to prevent it over cooking :)

Hard to do a turkey the same way as it's so much bigger. Can't say I'd ever be brave enough to deep fry it though....
