Not sure he was was he?

There is a whole spectrum of cases/situations when it comes to this sort of thing. The “bloke in a dress” being one end of the spectrum and the other being people who have fully transitioned after medical treatment and a lengthy process.

Hard to know if he was talking about all trans people or just saying that it’s clear that just putting on a dress and saying your name is Susan and you are a woman should not entitle you to use womens toilets and other female only spaces if you are in fact a man?
