Freedom of movement would still mean terrorism happens

Guns are illegal in this country but people die from gun crime in the UK. Think that one back, then realize your theory is completely flawed.

Also, if every English citizen abroad had to be repatriated back to the UK, do you have any idea what the population of the UK would be?
