Dead right there..

I once asked what the development fee was for and the answer was 'to get new flights ex NWI' . Just not happened, quite the opposite in fact; no new flights and the ones to Bulgaria, Gran Canaria, Alicante, Malaga,Faro and Manchester have all been axed recently.
