I am very disappointed by this response from OG whose wit, expertise and wisdom I respect

but surely as an eminent KC he can recognise the massive flaw in this part of the definition? (I appreciate he has simply stated the definition without expressing an opinion).

Taking this to its extreme this basically says that the Israeli's can do anything they want and if they want to they can mirror the evil antics of the Nazis but cannot be criticised for doing so because to do so is anti-semitic.

There is an argument that the Israelis hide behind the "Holocaust card" far too much and are now using it to cover up atrocities of their own.

In this conflict they are making up for their own lack of intelligence from an atrocious attack by Hamas by systematically killing civilians including children and babies that they have effectively rounded up in a ghetto with no food and no means of escape.

If that isnt the actions of an evil rogue nation/force then I personally do not know what is.

In my humble opinion being anti-Israeli in this action is not anti-semitic.
