I think you have misread point one.

My comment relates to the actions of the Nazis in the 1930s not the 1940s.

Forcing Jews into ghettos, physically denying them their human rights, forcing them to flee from persecution and destroying their property.

Krystallnacht for example.

This is very much the same as the Israelis are doing to other races that have occupied the land that they have esploited since 1948.

The Holocaust (i.e. extermination programmes) did not commence until the 1940s.
