I don't see him building the confidence levels that Farke did

This obsession with playing out from the back, demands players feeling almost invincible and there are too many weak links in this squad to achieve that.
It's irrelevant at the moment if Delia & Co can't see beyond his charm.
We'll no doubt muddle along and end up mid-table unless we can pull a few rabbits out of hats in January and we are lucky with players returning from injury.
Four points from scum to dent their promotion credntials would constitute the height of ambition at this stage I imagine.
