I think she is desperate to leave a legacy and SW has convinced her the fans know nothing

She has taken a myopic view based on the wrong qualities.
Wagner would undoubtedly be a nicer person to sit down with over dinner, than say Lambert or Neil , but when it comes to the sharp end and decision-making he has been found wanting.
If she really wants to leave the club in better shape than she found it, she really needs to put sentiment aside and make some tough calls.
