Knapper hasn't started yet but it will be his decision on who the new guy will be.....

Unless he really has started already, I'm not sure how Frank is a serious contender for a job that isn't even available yet.

I'm guessing Franks agent is bigging him up to the press as there hasn't been much interest in him for a while.
