A coach very rarely goes into a club with it all being rainbows and lollipops.

I would wager there are tons of assistants and lower level coaches at huge clubs who would walk to Norwich to get the job....

The big advantage is we are not looking for a manager, we are looking for a first team coach.
Purely focused on the football.
