Is it possible to have unity without results?

I seem to recall we mostly did in Farke's first season, Webber and Farke did well to sell a vision of the future that the fanbase mostly liked.

However, generally, doesn't fan buy come with good performances and results? Clearly, the club needs to better on presenting a vision, but really, it is the on pitch issues that are the main problem.
