Although not disagreeing with what she said, there are some aspects of her rant that

have answers. I don't think Webber chose his leaving date. He resigned and is working his notice period. Pretty standard stuff really. I also remember that it was said he may leave before the end of his notice person, dependant on when they recruited his replacement. So this Webber will be here until March isn't really true
