We won’t get anyone with a reputation to lose

It will be all too obvious that the club is a basket case and the squad is limited. Anyone with a half decent gig/established reputation will never come. So it will need to be a risky up and coming appointment, and even then that kind of candidate may not fancy trying to turn this particular titanic around.
