Maybe it is an issue.....

Maybe the self sufficient model has stopped working because even the champs now has too much quality/money for us to overcome.

I still ask the question are we willing to sell the clubs soul to be a promotion contender or bottom PL club?

Maybe most people are willing to take the dodgy money and sponsorships just to be in the promotion race.

To be totally balanced of the 92 football teams, only a handful have not had any kind of cyclic ups and downs over the past 15 years.
