Form a view on her personal abilities as a not-CEO, not one based on who her husband is.

Her own abilities and leadership skills are there for all to see. Form a judgment on whether they are good enough for the type of club we are/aspire to be, and leave the Stuart stuff out of it.

Trying to argue that her position is untenable because D&M don't do enough scrutiny seems to be somewhat arse-about-face. It makes her position even more secure... And it's not a Zoe problem, its a D&M problem.

If she's good - it doesn't really matter that the scrutiny isn't there.

If she's not good - criticise her because of *that*.
