I think you've missed the point.

We have somehow sleepwalked into a situation, where both SW's replacement and the American takeover, show zero regard for lost opportunity or the speed at which things can change for the worse when there is uncertainty.
Any suggestion that I have anything against women in business is frankly pathetic and unwarranted.
