Corporate Governance

1. No chairman.
2. Club STILL owned by a married couple.
3. Another board member and a senior employee also a married couple.
4 One non executive director who is in the US and isn't allowed to disagree with the elderly married couple
5. Three other non executive directors who have NEVER done their job
6. NO football expertise on the board.

So, yeah, Wagner out.
